Static Building Services Engineer
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Static Building Services Engineer to join a well-established, secure healthcare site in Enfield. This is a long-term, site-based role offering stability, structure and the chance to work within a critical environment where your skills genuinely matter.
You'll be part of a professional on-site team, working on essential plant and systems that keep the facility running safely and efficiently, no bouncing between sites, no constant upheaval, just a solid role with a respected employer and a clear routine.
The role:
- Planned & reactive maintenance on:
- Decontamination plant
- Mechanical & electrical plant
- Working on a live healthcare site
- Static position, no travelling between sites
What you'll need:
- NVQ Level 2 in a mechanical or electrical discipline
- Experience in building services maintenance
- Comfortable working in a healthcare / critical environment
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
The successful Static Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 45,000, depending on experience + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + pension + callout + package.
