Highways Inspector NRSWA LANTRA

This is a full time, on-site role located in Greater London looking for a Highways Inspector

This role involves conducting routine and ad hoc inspections of the A13 to monitor road conditions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include

• Identifying and reporting hazards, supervising maintenance activities
• Responsible for inspections of the geographical area within set routine and cyclical inspection regime, and ad-hoc inspection when required whether driven or walked.
• Assisting in scaffolding and hoarding applications when required
• Coordinating with contractors, preparing inspection records, and contributing to hazard prevention strategies to ensure road user safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• LANTRA Highway inspection training
• NRSWA supervisor training
• Experience in Highway Inspection, supervision, Health & Safety practices and Hazard Analysis
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
