In the role you will be managing the assessment and development of green and brownfield sites from initial identification through to construction readiness, investigating constraints, abnormal, and commercial risks to establish viability.

The role would suit an Engineering Manager or similar who has experience with technical site investigation and SuDs.

The Role

• oversee multiple projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• Commissioning and managing Ground investigation contractors for both onsite and offsite studies
• Liasing with statutory authorities to gain information on prospective sites
