Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000

Benefits: Employer pension contribution 4%, 23 days annual leave

The role of the Electrical Engineer - Building Services will involve:

• Electrical Engineer position dealing with design and development of electrical systems across RIBA Stage 4-5 commercial, residential, and public sector projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with mechanical and electrical colleagues to deliver coordinated MEP designs.
• Attend design and coordination meetings with project teams and clients.
• Contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.
• Working on M&E projects with values ranging from £1m to £15m

The ideal applicant will be Electrical Engineer - Building Services with:

• Must have Electrical Engineering degree or Building Services Engineering degree
• Ideally had experience in a building services or construction environment.
• Would be open to someone working towards their degree
• Understanding of AutoCAD/Revit, AMTECH (Trimble)
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• IT Literate
