Do you have a backgrounding in roofing or cladding? Are you looking to step up into a Site Manager role?

On offer is the opportunity to join a family-run specialist in industrial roofing and cladding refurbishment, delivering large-scale projects including over cladding and asbestos roof replacements. They have been experiencing rapid growth and are now looking for Site Managers to join their team.

In this role you will be managing cladding and roofing gangs on live industrial refurbishment sites, organising the day-to-day running of sites including deliveries, access, and plant logistics, and ensuring works stay on programme while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will work as part of a team or independently depending on the complexity of the install and taking responsibility for problem-solving and resolving any conflicts that arise.

This position would suit someone looking to further their career in management within industrial roofing and cladding refurbishment.

The role:

• Manage cladding and roofing gangs on live industrial refurbishment sites
• Organise the day-to-day running of sites, including deliveries, access, and plant logistics
• Keep works on programme and maintain high standards of safety and quality
• UK Wide travel Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm

The person:

• Background in industrial roofing & cladding (refurbishment)
• Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS
• Full Clean UK Driving License
• Commutable to Manchester
