Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Location: Dartford, Kent

Salary/Benefits: 27k - 45k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting in the South East of England for an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer on behalf of an industry-leading outfit. Our client has a strong reputation within the industry and maintains a busy presence across the region. You will be conducting the commissioning of HVAC systems (including CHW and LTHW systems), working across a range of commercial and healthcare premises. Our client is ideally seeking someone who can hit the ground running and holds CSA grades. The successful candidate can expect competitive salaries and benefits packages.

You will be travelling across: Dartford, Gravesend, Erith, Chatham, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Croydon, Mitcham, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Sutton, Woking, Southall, Slough, Windsor, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, Potters Bar, St Albans, Enfield, Hatfield, Cheshunt, Epping, Chigwell, Romford, Ilford, Barking, Hornchurch, Grays, Tilbury, Basildon.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
• Will hold CSA Grades (ideally level 3 +)
• Excellent technical knowledge, including: CIBSE guidelines
• Comfortable working within teams and independently on projects
• Good literacy and numeracy skill level
• Proficient using IT software

The Role:

• Conducting the commissioning of HVAC systems (including LTHW, CHW, FCU and DHWS)
• Balancing water and air systems within heated and chilled systems and fan coil units
• Adjusting flow rates
• Primary and secondary air balancing
• Performing chlorinations on systems
• Working across a range of commercial, healthcare and industrial client premises
• Producing detailed service reports
• Ensuring works are completed to agreed scope and within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining high standards of service
