Traffic Marshall needed in Penn, Buckinghamshire

  • Location: Penn, Buckinghamshire
  • Rate: £18.00 per hour
  • Payment: CIS
  • Hours: 8:00am 6:00pm (10 hours paid)
  • Duration: Approx. 2+ years (circa 140 weeks)

We are currently recruiting 2 experienced Traffic Marshals for a long-term construction project based in Penn, Buckinghamshire.

Job Description

The Traffic Marshal will be responsible for the safe coordination and control of vehicle movements on a busy construction site. You will play a critical role in maintaining site safety standards and ensuring compliance with project-specific Health & Safety procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directing and controlling site traffic in a safe and professional manner
  • Banking plant and delivery vehicles
  • Managing pedestrian and vehicle segregation
  • Monitoring site access and egress points
  • Communicating effectively with drivers, site management and operatives
  • Supporting logistics operations where required
  • Ensuring compliance with site RAMS and Health & Safety regulations
  • Reporting hazards, near misses, or incidents promptly

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket Required
  • NPORS equivalent subject to confirmation
  • Proven experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction projects
  • Strong understanding of site safety procedures
  • Full PPE
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Must be able to reliably commute to HP10 8LZ
