Traffic Marshall needed in Penn, Buckinghamshire
- Location: Penn, Buckinghamshire
- Rate: £18.00 per hour
- Payment: CIS
- Hours: 8:00am 6:00pm (10 hours paid)
- Duration: Approx. 2+ years (circa 140 weeks)
We are currently recruiting 2 experienced Traffic Marshals for a long-term construction project based in Penn, Buckinghamshire.

Job Description
The Traffic Marshal will be responsible for the safe coordination and control of vehicle movements on a busy construction site. You will play a critical role in maintaining site safety standards and ensuring compliance with project-specific Health & Safety procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Directing and controlling site traffic in a safe and professional manner
- Banking plant and delivery vehicles
- Managing pedestrian and vehicle segregation
- Monitoring site access and egress points
- Communicating effectively with drivers, site management and operatives
- Supporting logistics operations where required
- Ensuring compliance with site RAMS and Health & Safety regulations
- Reporting hazards, near misses, or incidents promptly
Requirements
- Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket Required
- NPORS equivalent subject to confirmation
- Proven experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction projects
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures
- Full PPE
- Right to work in the UK
- Must be able to reliably commute to HP10 8LZ
