Electrician with CSCS Card / Electrical Labourer
Location: Plymouth
About the Role An opportunity has arisen for a professional and competent electrical labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will support qualified electricians on a variety of projects, operating within a high pressure environment where accuracy, safety, and reliability are essential. This role requires proven electrical experience, recognised qualifications, and a valid CSCS Green or Blue Card. Due to the nature of the work, a BPSS security clearance is also required.
Key Responsibilities -
Assisting qualified electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Carrying out labouring duties in strict accordance with site safety regulations
- Maintaining accuracy and performance in high stress or fast paced working conditions
- Adhering to all security protocols and operational procedures.
- Supporting project delivery to required standards and deadlines.
Essential Requirements -
- Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience within an electrical environment
- Valid CSCS Card (Green or Blue)
- Ability to work competently and professionally under pressure
- BPSS security clearance, or willingness to complete the process before starting - strong understanding of health and safety requirements
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
