Job Description

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Construction Site Administrator / Document Controller to join their team on a new build school project in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established contractor delivering a high-profile education scheme from early stages through to completion.



The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the site team by ensuring all project documentation is accurately managed and controlled in line with company and client procedures.



Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining all project documentation

  • Controlling drawing registers and issuing latest revisions

  • Uploading, tracking and distributing documents via CDE platforms

  • Coordinating subcontractor documentation including RAMS, insurances and certifications

  • Supporting the site team with reports, meeting minutes and correspondence

  • Assisting with O&M manuals and handover documentation

  • Providing general site administrative support



About You

  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Administrator or Document Controller

  • Previous experience working on new build projects

  • Strong working knowledge of document control systems / CDE platforms

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy site team
