Programme Coordinator - Surfacing

The Project

As a Programme Coordinator you will plan, coordinate and monitoring asphalt surfacing and Civils schemes across the country.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

• Driving Licence
• Experience coordinating surfacing, civils schemes or a similar role such as a Streetworks Coordinator

The Role

• Job Title: Programme Manager
• Location: Kent

Duties

• Monitoring the programme of works
• Assigning schemes on the programme to each gang
• Updating the programme with delays, cancellations or changes to the original schedule
• Ensuring each project has the material order booked and delivery dates are as required
• Liaising with Contracts Managers, Supervisors, Gangs and contractors to confirm timings for schemes
• Communicating with internal and external holders in the completion of projects
• Creating progress reports, forecasts and other project documentation
• Updating internal systems
• Checking and approving invoices
