Job Description

The Partners of a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their London office as result of securing new work within the residential sector.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be able to act independently on public sector projects including an array of social housing projects including schemes from 10 to 15 houses, up to several hundred dwellings.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in an array of new recladding projects which they have recently secured, acting as a quantity surveyor and employers agent.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or working towards
  • Experienced Quantity Surveyor, currently working as a SQS
  • Any project management or employers agent experience would be a plus
  • Social housing project experience
  • Solid pre and post contract knowledge
