As a Maintenance Operative, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, general fabric / carpentry duties, liaise with subcontractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided Maintenance Operative Duties: Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites Perform plumbing and water system maintenance (taps, valves, toilets, leaks, pipework, water treatment, tap temperatures) Maintain legionella control and awareness Service and repair AHUs and FCUs Conduct plant room inspections and general building checks Test and maintain emergency lighting and fire alarms Undertake fabric and general maintenance works as required Maintenance Operative Requirements: At least 3 years experience within commercial building maintenance Client facing attitude Proactive and positive work ethic No formal qualifications required but would be desirable Salary and Package: £35,000 per annum Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Parking on site Company pension scheme On-going training Overtime available Internal progression If you're interested in this Maintenance Operative role, apply today! We require an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at London. Role & Responsibilities: Supervision of electrical works, health and safety and project management. Working with client's project team up until final handover. Supervision of up to 20 operatives plus specialist sub-contractors. Managing quality of works and snagging to ensure client standards are met. Attending progress meetings with the Project Manager and client reps. as required Requirements: Have excellent working knowledge of electrical installation and possess technical qualifications. Good reporting and communication skills with an ability to get the most out of those being supervised. Residential experience required. Appropriate City and Guilds Electrical Qualifications C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection & 17th Edition. Health and safety qualifications a plus but not essential. This position will suit an Electrical Supervisor who has gained their experience with a sub-contractor, main contractor, or specialist M&E contractor.
