Ganger/Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
• Organise shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance across all areas of operation.
• Liaise with management to implement strategic plans and communicate organisational objectives.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed consistently throughout all processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a similar industry or environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
