Job Title: Site Manager

Job Type: Part-Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a housing project in Scarborough on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and maintaining quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple trades
Excellent communication and organisational skills
