Site Manager Modular Build - Torbay

The project is to oversee the installation of Modular Build units in a Hospital environment . The work is over 10 consecutive days including weekend working on the night shift from 18.00 till approx .02.00am

• Manage daily site operations ensuring project milestones and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery
• Oversee site teams, monitor progress, and report on project developments

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry , ideally with previous experience on Modular build projects
• SMSTS certification and strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Experience working on commercial construction projects for limited companies

The role offers competitive rates and overtime involves Monday to Sunday shifts.
