Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid commercial electrical background, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

• Plan daily work activities and ensure productivity targets are met

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards

• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

• Monitor material usage and manage on-site inventory

• Conduct inspections and quality control checks

• Lead toolbox talks and enforce site safety procedures

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements

• Gold/ Black ECS card

• SSSTS / SMSTS

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience

• Previous supervisory experience on commercial projects

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to meet physical demands of a construction site.
