Red Sky Personnel is partnering with a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering highways and bridge construction works across the South of England. The business operates within major infrastructure frameworks and is recognised for commercial strength and technical delivery.

Role Overview

This is a senior commercial leadership role on a highways and bridge construction scheme. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of contract administration under NEC forms, managing cost control, risk mitigation, and subcontractor commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer NEC contracts including compensation events and variations.

• Lead cost reporting, CVRs, forecasting and final accounts.

• Manage subcontract procurement and commercial negotiations.

• Advise operational teams on contractual risk and opportunity.

• Ensure commercial performance aligns with project targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong NEC contract experience (essential).

• Highways and/or bridge construction background preferred.

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
