Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: London (Commercial, Industrial & Data Centre Projects)

Henley Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, and data centre projects across London. This is a senior leadership role responsible for quality assurance, project management oversight, and strategic resource planning to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain robust QA systems across all projects
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and client specifications
Conduct regular audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor performance, programme delivery, and financial control
Provide strategic direction to ensure successful project outcomes
Forecast labour requirements in line with project programmes
Plan and manage plant and equipment allocation
Oversee multiple electrical contracts across commercial, industrial, and data centre sectors
Ensure adherence to health & safety standards
Manage client relationships and attend progress meetings
Support tendering and pre-construction activities where required
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the electrical contracting sector
Strong background in commercial, industrial, and/or data centre projects
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong financial and commercial awareness
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of current electrical regulations and health & safety legislation
Strong planning and forecasting capability
Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent)
SMSTS or equivalent health & safety certification
