Role Overview
The Senior Estimator will lead pricing activity across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure schemes. This role is critical in securing future workload and developing competitive yet robust tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions.

Analyse drawings, specifications and risk allowances.

Coordinate supply chain pricing and subcontract returns.

Work closely with bid and pre-construction teams.

Provide commercial insight during tender adjudications.
Candidate Requirements

Proven estimating experience in civil engineering projects.

NEC contract knowledge preferred.

Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.

Experience pricing highways, infrastructure or heavy civils schemes.
