Location: Romford Salary: £30,000 £35,000 Hours: 8am 5pm

A well-established joinery company is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their office-based team in Romford. The role involves working on projects across the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates and complete take-offs from plans, elevations, and architectural drawings.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings to produce reliable costings.
• Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required (occasional travel across the South, including London).
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider team.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage estimates and communications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a joinery estimator.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Must live within a commutable distance to Romford.
