Senior Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to run a large residential development in Aylesbury for a leading national housebuilder.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong residential background who takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality homes, maintaining excellent site standards, and leading teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of a large, multi-unit residential development

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard

• Managing subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers

• Maintaining excellent health & safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Liaising with senior management, NHBC, and other stakeholders

• Driving site performance and promoting a positive site culture

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential developments

• Strong background with volume housebuilders

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000
