Building Services Engineer

Our client is looking for a Building Services Engineer to be based in Manchester.

This role is for a Building Services engineer to manage large scale maintenance and refurbishment projects on all mechanical services and installations.

Must have experience is HVAC and commercial heating systems.

Pay is 40/45 per hour - inside of IR35

37hrs per week
