Associate Quantity Surveyor

The partners of a successful Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are seeking a dynamic Associate Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy the opportunity to run and grow their Manchester office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

Leading a team of four, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor's role will involve a mixture of project delivery (leisure and refurbishment schemes), team and client management, and supporting the partners with business development opportunities.

Once on board, the plan is to build a QS team around the new Associate Quantity Surveyor so that project work can be delegated, allowing you to focus on growing the Manchester office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• MRICS would be ideal
• Either a Senior QS seeking a step-up or an Associate ready for a fresh challenge
• Good management skills
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Eager to grow a team and get involved in business development
