The Load Out Coordinators with the support of Offshore Construction Manager and have, under their scope, the following responsibilities: Collaborate with other managers to determine components ready for Load Out. Confirm the components ready for Load Out. Coordinate and supervise receiving of the components at quay and ready for Load Out certificate s procedures. Oversee readiness for Ready for Load Out completion in the hub organization. Control components readiness status level and ensure availability of components ready for Load Out. Keep records on Load Out activity. Assist in forecasting to plan future Load Out. Oversee tooling management for Load Out activities.
