Requirements:

• British Passport key due to security clearance procedure
• Fit out and refurbishment experience
• Trade background
• All usual Certs: SSSTS, CSCS Blue card upwards, 1st aid

Responsibilities:

• Reporting and assisting Number 1 SM
• Coordinating handovers and sign offs
• Make sure everyone is compliant on site as high security building
• Implement procedures
• Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
• Update and check against the construction Programme
• Preparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc.
• Responsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
