Senior Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to commence a new role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a 150M new build element of the scheme, with the end product being Student Accommodation.

The role will involve managing the Commercial elements of an 8M package of works, whilst reporting into a Commercial Lead.

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.
