Senior Estimator - Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 DOE
A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost planning and tendering across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will manage full tender processes, prepare detailed cost plans, review design information and engage subcontractors to secure competitive and accurate bids for high-profile office schemes.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within a fit-out or main contractor environment
Strong background estimating Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects
Experience pricing D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes
Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)
Excellent commercial awareness, analytical and tender management skills
Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
