Job Description

A medium size Quantity Surveying consultancy which has just restructured to provide greater career trajectory is seeking a hard-working Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining a sociable office, which is a combination of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, the new Quantity Surveyor will begin by carrying out post contract work such as cost reports and monthly valuations.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will also have plenty of pre contract tasks such as procurement and cost planning - all supported by a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or working towards achieving
  • PQS or Main Contractor background
  • Good post contract experience
  • Ideally worked within the residential sector
  • Hard-working, personable nature
