Site Manager - College Project Wythenshawe
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a 30-week college project in Wythenshawe, comprising both new build and refurbishment works.
You will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, managing trades, maintaining programme, and ensuring health & safety standards are upheld throughout.
Key responsibilities:
Overseeing new build and refurb elements
Managing subcontractors and site coordination
Maintaining programme and quality standards
Ensuring strict H&S compliance
Essential:
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Asbestos Awareness
Rate: 260 per day
Duration: 30 weeks
