Pre-Construction Manager - Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 DOE

A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead the pre-construction and bid process across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will manage tenders, coordinate design and estimating inputs, engage subcontractors and support successful project mobilisation on high-profile office schemes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager within a fit-out or main contractor environment

• Strong knowledge of Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects

• Experience supporting D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes

• Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)

• Excellent stakeholder management, programme and bid coordination skills

• Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
