Job Description
Our client is a main contractor who specialise within the commercial and retail sector. Their projects range from £300k - £3m.
They are in the market for a Site Manager to oversee projects from inception through to completion, this project is valued at £500k.
Duties will involve, managing the day to day running of the site as the number one, in charge of health and safety, client liaison and subcontractor management.
This is a great chance to join our client as they are open to converting this role onto a perm contract or keeping long term freelance.
In order to apply to you must have an up to date CSCS card, First aid and SMSTS.
