Job Title: Freelance Site Manager Housing Development
Location: Durham
Duration: Approx. 3 Weeks
Start: 2nd of March
Rate: Competitive Day Rate (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a live housing development in Durham for approximately three weeks.

This is a short-term contract role covering site operations on a residential scheme, ensuring programme, quality, and H&S standards are maintained.

• Day-to-day management of a live housing site

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety

• Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

• Liaising with Contracts Manager and client representatives

• Managing snagging and finishing works (if applicable)

• Proven experience managing residential housing sites

• Valid SMSTS

• CSCS (Black or Gold preferred)

• First Aid at Work

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
