Assistant Project Manager

Location: Buckinghamshire / Oxfordshire / Berkshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Package

We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of building restoration and heritage refurbishment projects across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire.

The Role

• Support the Project Manager / Contracts Manager in overseeing site operations
• Coordinate site teams and specialist subcontractors
• Assist with programme management, cost control, and reporting
• Maintain high-quality standards on heritage works
• Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with H&S procedures

About You

• Experience in construction/site management or ready to step up into project management
• Background in restoration, conservation, or heritage projects preferred
• Ideally trade qualified in carpentry & joinery, stone masonry, or brickwork
• Strong understanding of traditional building methods
• SMSTS or SSSTS desirable
• Full UK driving licence
