FM Serv offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24 hour emergency call-outs and other small works. Due to continual year on year growth, as of 2025 we employ over 70 employees across the UK and are expanding.
Job Description
Multi Trade Floorer
Location: Mobile Midlands Team
Perform a wide range of tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and installations. Conduct general property maintenance and reactive repairs for commercial and residential properties.
Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions using analytical skills.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service in all projects.
Conduct property MOTs and void works as required.
Perform heavy lifting when necessary.

Responsibilities The Multi Trade Floorer will be carrying out:
Execute a wide range of flooring tasks, including intricate maintenance work, custom installations, and repairs
Conduct comprehensive property maintenance and reactive repairs for both commercial and residential properties
Perform detailed property assessments, including MOTs and void works
Implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) strategies
Respond to emergency call-outs, providing swift and effective solutions
Collaborate with other trades to complete multi-faceted projects
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications / Experience
To be successful in the Multi Trade Floorer role you must have:
NVQ Level 2 (Ideally Level 3) in relevant industry
At least 3 years' experience in flooring in commercial properties
Full UK Driving Licence
