We are seeking a Development / Project Manager to help deliver complex building safety and remediation works across a residential portfolio. This role is more aligned to a Project Manager / Employer's Agent than a traditional Development Manager and requires someone confident navigating contracts, stakeholders, and legal processes.
The role focuses on legacy and remediation projects across multiple developments, ensuring compliance with current fire and safety regulations. There is a responsibility to upgrade existing projects to meet the latest standards, and this role plays a key part in delivering those objectives.
The Role
You'll be instrumental in taking projects from pre-contract through to agreement, ensuring all works are approved by the relevant responsible entities. The properties are not owned by the organisation, but there is a legal obligation to carry out the works, so clear communication, coordination, and stakeholder management are essential.
