This is an opportunity to work on complex, design-led residential and mixed-use schemes across build-to-rent, PBSA and major regeneration projects in prime urban locations. The role would suit motivated individuals who are eager to develop within a technically rigorous, commercially aware and creatively driven environment.

The Role:

  • Supporting the preparation of planning submission packages

  • Producing high-quality presentation material and visual outputs

  • Developing detailed design information in Revit

  • Coordinating with consultants and contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions

  • Supporting technical delivery through later RIBA stages

Projects are typically large, multi-unit urban residential developments requiring clarity of thought, attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.

About You:

  • Qualified to Part II or Part III level (UK recognised qualification)

  • Experience on UK residential schemes, ideally medium to large scale

  • Strong design and presentation skills

  • Good technical awareness and understanding of UK construction standards

  • Proficient in Revit (essential); additional software knowledge advantageous

  • Confident communicator with strong written and spoken English

  • Organised, proactive and capable of working within fast-paced programmes

  • Keen to progress professionally within a high-performing London studio

  • Experience on high-density urban projects, BTR or PBSA schemes would be advantageous.

  • Have the right to live and work in the UK

Why Apply:

  • Exposure to complex, high-profile London developments

  • Design-led practice with strong technical credibility

  • Clear career progression pathway

  • Competitive London salary package

  • Hybrid working model

  • Structured CPD and professional development support

This is an excellent opportunity for career-driven Architectural Assistants who want to work on architecturally ambitious residential projects at scale within a collaborative and forward-thinking studio.
