Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Central London
Project: 3m Commercial Fit-Out
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: 250- 300 per day (CIS/LTD)
TLG are recruiting 2 Electrical Supervisors for a well-established 20m turnover electrical contractor specialising in commercial and mixed-use projects across London and the South East, delivering schemes up to 5m in value.
They are currently seeking 2 experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a 3m commercial fit-out project in Central London. The project is due to run for approximately 12 months, offering long-term continuity of work.
The Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site-based electrical installation works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors on site
Coordinating day-to-day site activities in line with programme requirements
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations
Liaising with the Project Manager, main contractor, and client team
Delivering toolbox talks and site briefings
Monitoring quality standards and installation progress
Supporting commissioning and project handover
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in an Electrical Supervisor role
Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
ECS/CSCS card
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience working on projects in Central London preferred
