Job Description
  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the property, repairs and maintenance division.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance and efficiency across the division.
  • Provide effective leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to business development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant

The successful Divisional Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing complex operations within the social housing repairs & maintenance sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
