Job Description
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the property, repairs and maintenance division.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor and improve operational performance and efficiency across the division.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to business development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Divisional Manager should have:
