Architectural Technician

We re looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with experience in residential projects, including build-to-rent or student accommodation. The role can be worked remotely, but applicants need to be based in the UK and have experience working on UK-based projects.

You ll work on exciting new-build and refurbishment student accommodation schemes, as well as mid- and high-rise residential projects, helping to turn design ideas into buildable, high-quality living environments.

What You ll Be Doing

• Producing and coordinating technical drawings using Revit/BIM.
• Supporting projects across all RIBA stages.
• Working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Delivering clear, compliant, buildable solutions for education clients.

What We re Looking For

• Qualification in Architectural Technology (CIAT or working towards ideal).
• Experience on residential projects, including build-to-rent or student accommodation.
• Strong Revit skills.
• Great attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstarted job running capabilities.
