PLUMBER REQUIRED COMMERCIAL PROJECT HOLBORN VIADUCT, LONDON

Rate: £230 /day Start: 23/02/2026 Duration: 6-8 Weeks

We are currently recruiting an experienced CSCS-carded Plumber for an exciting commercial project based at Holborn Viaduct, London. This is a great opportunity to join a busy site with a strong team and consistent weeks of work.

The Role

You'll be working on a commercial project carrying out first fix plumbing works. The scope of work includes:

• First fix domestic pipework (15mm 28mm copper)
• First fix cast iron Ensign drainage (50mm 110mm)
• Final connections to prefabricated walls
• Testing of pipework systems

What We're Looking For

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing and first fix installations
• Competent working with copper pipework and cast iron drainage
• Productive, hardworking attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work
