Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a national main contractor to appoint a Site Manager for a re-clad & refurb scheme in Liverpool.

This project is a partial re-clad and a partial refurbishment of the brickwork over various floors. This is a residential building which is occupied, but there's no liaison between the occupiers and the Site Manager as this is managed externally.

The ideal candidate must have significant re-clad/cladding experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Management of the programme
• H&S
• RAMS
• Client liaison
• Progress updates
• Management of trades & contractors
• Chairing contractor meetings

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card along with the above relevant re-clad experience.
