An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a national contractor with a social housing refurb background. You will be managing social and private housing refurbishments, travel between locations is crucial. You will be based from a site in Rhyl, North Wales. We are looking for an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations
- Organise and manage sub-contractors on site
- Implement and enforce health and safety practices
- Being the first point of contact for the client and sub-contractor
- Travel between sites across Nottinghamshire
- Meeting clients and managing their expectations
Requirements:
- You must have direct experience in social housing, local authority or similar housing association refits
- Possession of SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
