MEP BIM Coordinator - Major Infrastructure Programme
50/hr Inside IR35 Umbrella PAYE
Hybrid Working (3 Days Site / 2 Days WFH) - North London
Circa 12 Months+ Contract
TRIbuild Solutions is recruiting for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join a major UK infrastructure programme, supporting delivery across complex Shaft and Headhouse assets.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks Manage
Lead issue resolution in alignment with the Design Integration team
Maintain clash rule sets, search sets, viewpoints, and report on coordination trends
Conduct QA checks on models and associated 2D drawings to ensure BIM/CAD compliance
Support federated model production across subcontractors and disciplines
Review models against LoD / LoMI, IFC structure, and Uniclass classification
Liaise closely with supply chain teams to ensure coordinated delivery
Support DAC evidence preparation and model readiness activities
Ensure alignment with Common Data Environment processes, naming conventions, and protocols
Required Experience
Strong experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and issue tracking
Proven background coordinating MEP models in a multidisciplinary infrastructure environment
Excellent understanding of BIM coordination workflows and CDE usage
Hands-on QA capability across 3D models and 2D outputs
Knowledge of IFC schema, Uniclass, and UK BIM/CAD standards
Strong communication skills across design and subcontractor teams
Desirable
Revit, Solibri, or other model-checking tools
ISO 19650 / PAS 1192 familiarity
Experience with ProjectWise, ACC, iTwin, or Power BI

50 per hour
Inside IR35 - Umbrella PAYE only
Hybrid working: 3 days site-based / 2 days remote
Long-term requirement: circa 12 months+ contract
