Senior Team Lead Climate, Water & Geospatial
Dublin or Cork (Hybrid)
Salary: €70,000 €84,000 + 10% bonus + pension

We are now seeking a Senior Team Lead to manage the civil, drainage and environmental risk engineering input across major grid infrastructure projects, including substations and cable connections.
This is a client-side engineering leadership role. You will act as the technical authority for water, drainage and flood-risk matters while leading a small team of civil engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of three engineers.
• Act as subject matter expert for drainage and water-related civil risks.
• Review engineering designs.
• Coordinate civil/environmental inputs into grid projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assess flood risk, groundwater and drainage impacts on substations and cable routes

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• Chartered status.
• Experience in drainage, flood risk, or water engineering projects.
• Ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders across projects.
