Senior Site Manager

We are looking for a proven Senior Site Manager to take full operational control on a high value landmark high-rise, RC frame, multi-room development in Leeds.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager who wants:

This is not a stepping-up role. You must already be operating at Senior Site Manager level on complex high-value schemes.

• Delivered 40M+ projects start-to-finish

• Strong experience in High-Rise construction

• Proven track record in RC Frame structures

• Background in multi-room developments (hotel, PBSA, residential, healthcare etc.)

• Managed large site teams including other managers

• Temporary Works Coordinator experience

• Comfortable leading large subcontractor packages

• Strong commercial awareness

You must be confident managing:

• Multiple site managers and package managers

• Large labour forces

• Complex sequencing and logistics

• High-pressure programme environments

You will take ownership of all site operations, leading and motivating a large team while ensuring delivery across:

• Health & Safety

• Programme

• Quality

• Commercial performance

You will be the driving force on site - ensuring managers, subcontractors and supervisors are performing to the required standards.

This role requires someone who can command presence, lead from the front and maintain control of a technically complex RC high-rise build.

• Lead, manage and motivate large teams and managers

• Ensure accountability across all site functions
