Title: EHS Lead Infrastructure

Role Profile:
Due to a major new win OTIS are currently looking to recruit for an EHS Lead, to partner with the infrastructure arm of the organisation. You will need to cover Health & Safety, Environmental compliance, and Carbon Emission obligations across a competitive, ever changing organisation. Working in partnership with a London Underground/ Transport for London. As the EHS Lead you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with all Applicable Laws, company standards, and Good Industry Practice for safety.
Develop and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) for all works and maintenance activities.
Monitor and enforce compliance with Safety Breach prevention (contract defines Safety Breach as a serious violation).
Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
Ensure training and competence of all personnel in safety-critical tasks.
Liaise with TfL on Access Procedures and site safety requirements.
Environmental & Carbon Emissions
Ensure compliance with Environmental Law and Company Responsible Procurement Policy.
Manage environmental permits, consents, and authorisations
Identify and report any pollution or contamination and coordinate remediation
Implement carbon reduction measures:
Zero-emission last-mile deliveries
Compliance with Euro VI or better for vehicles until 2030, then zero tailpipe emissions.
Monitor and report vehicle fuel, energy consumption, and mileage.
Support with sustainability goals, including annual improvements in zero-emission vehicle usage and Audits.

Required Qualifications & Experience
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Experience in construction/maintenance safety within rail or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with UK Environmental Law, TfL standards, and carbon reduction strategies.
Ability to manage fleet compliance (FORS, CLOCS, DVS).
Strong understanding of RAMS development and risk management.
Proven track record in incident investigation and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and audit preparation skills.
