Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Senior Project QS/Commercial Manager
• Complex central London engineering projects
• Scope: cut & carve works, basement excavation, piling, structural alterations, RC Frame
• Projects up to 30m (acting as principal contractor)
• Up to 550 p/d (all in rate)

Join this busy 200m T/O specialist engineering contractor as they enter a busy period during the next few months and beyond.

You'll take full commercial responsibility for a major project (circa 20m) reporting directly into the Surveying Director.

Key requirements:

1. Degree/Masters in Quantity Surveying or similar
2. Technically very strong with an excellent understanding of NEC/JCT contracts
3. Experience running 20m + projects as commercial lead
4. Experience with central London schemes (ideally)
