Job Description
The Owner of a successful start-up, Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent and Project Management experience to join his London office.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working alongside the owner, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects across London and the Southeast, providing a diverse Quantity Surveyor/EA/PM role.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying / construction related degree
- PQS / Consultancy background
- Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience
- Able to lead meetings independently
- Pre and post contract knowledge
- Comfortable working in a small team
