Mechanical Site Manager

Client: Established for over 50 years, our client began as a top supplier of air conditioning, they have since expanded into a multi-disciplined company specialising in design and build for mechanical services across commercial and industrial environments; performing air conditioning, ventilation and heating services for commercial and high end residential clients nationwide. Working within Commercial, Hotel, Education and High End Residential sectors they undertake mechanical installs from 50,000 to 1.5M. With a small maintenance team, they also undertake work direct for end users. The business now boasts an annual turnover of circa 25M and is growing organically year on year.

Role: Mechanical Site Manager - 55,000 - 65,000 + 10K Bonus + Package

The successful candidate will be responsible for various building services projects throughout Bristol from the values of 500K - 2m. Typically the company operates in the following sectors: Commercial Offices, Super Prime Residential

Role/Responsibilities:

• Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
• Short term programming.
• Health & Safety (RAMS).
• Technical Submissions.
• Preparation/issuing all RFI.
• Sub-contractor coordination.
• Management of commissioning stages
• Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
• Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client
• Weekly site and Progress meetings

The ideal candidate:

• Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.
• Experience working in the commercial sector
