Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a large mixed-use development project, incorporating residential, commercial, and communal spaces. This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and site management skills.
Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all electrical works on site from installation through to testing and handover

Ensure full compliance with current BS 7671, health & safety regulations, and project specifications

Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality standards

Take responsibility for inspection, testing, certification, and commissioning

Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues

Maintain accurate documentation, test results, and O&M manuals

Drive high standards of workmanship and site safety
Electrical Manager Requirements

Proven experience in an Electrical Manager / Electrical Supervisor role

City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) essential

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of mixed development projects

SMSTS or SSSTS

Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines

Excellent communication and organisational skills
